I'm in Invyl and I got the 2 keys and went to the other door and it said I needed a master key. I have no idea where to go or what to do. I'm looking for the Ice Sceptor, thanks

Sorry if it' a bit confusing. I'll do my best to explain it :)

The catacombs are laid out in a rectangle like formation with a room on the bottom left, bottom right, top left and top right. You can enter the rooms on the top left and top right but there isn't much to do in there except look at coffins, at first. If you try opening the door on the bottom left, you will see a message which displays you need to get the key of the Great Leader and the Great Smither.

Once you have seen that message, visit the room on the top left and check the signs next to the coffins in each room, when you see the sign that says 'he was known for his great leading skills', then check inside that coffin and you will get the Leader Key. Head into the top right room as well and do the same to get the Smither Key.

Once you have both Keys head back to the room on the bottom left and it shall unlock for you. Inside of that room, check all of the bookshelves and you shall find the Master Key which should open up the room in the lower right side. Once in there, make good use of the healing point in the bottom right corner of the room and save your game, as you'll be taking on a big boss fight soon :)

Let me know if that helps!

Chev and his thing with Barrels will have to remain a mystery for now. But I assure you, it will be explained in due time ;)

I added a few extra hidden 'messages' on several of the mini-maps as well, just in case someone was *really* looking :)

Ahhh...thanks Jaybot. Then I'll indeed try it. I enjoyed that funny little game that
I thought was the same, and particularly LOVED the humor. I was rolling on the floor
over those nutty wheelbarrows! Thanks for clarifying for me!! +::biggrin +::biggrin

I'm also stuck! I'm at the mines where the 3 colored buttons are and now it won't let me go back through the door way. Theres an invisible blockage now. Am I missing something?

vans8686, uh-oh. That sounds particularly nasty... and strange. What happens when you save and reload your game from that spot? Does the invisible blockage remain? Is the blockage where the door once was?

vans8686, Crikey! I can't seem to reproduce it (and I've been trying hard too!)

It may be a bit of a pain, but... if you could copy your save files from C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Application Data\ArvaleTM2 (WinXP) or C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Roaming\ArvaleTM2 (Vista, Windows 7) and send it in an email to jaybot7@runbox.com I can take a look at it and give you a shiny new save that will help you out. If that's too much of a pain, I have an idea how to fix it and I'll update the installer as soon as I can. Sorry for all the fuss :(

Or... alternatively, download this file here: http://jaybot7.com/atm2b_setup.exe reinstall, load up your game, and see if that fixes the problem.

That *should* do it :)

Hi, there. I am having a bit of trouble in the mines. On the spur lines of the track I can find two switches which I assume are something to do with the buttons in the large room. If there is a third I sure can't see it. I think I have pulled the red and green ones but wonder where the other one is. If there is another one. In other words, how do I get those buttons to work? Thanks. I love these games -- your sense of humor is great.

Never mind. Sheesh. I figured it out. This always happens to me -- I post a question and figure it out myself and then get embarrassed because I posted the question. +
