Hello everyone, this is the creator of "Elements: Soul of Fire". I thought I would join the discussion myself and help out where I can. I will do my best to answer peoples' questions, but please understand that I may sometimes be busy (such as with my next game). I probably should have come forward sooner, but better late than never, as they say.

First and foremost, I want to extend a hearty thanks to Acashpat. I am truly grateful for what you've been doing here, and I am very happy that there's someone like you playing my game.

It also made me very happy to see all of you cooperating like this. I'm glad there's already a little community forming for my game here! I am so honored! It's been my dream to create games ever since I was five or six years old. I hope you'll look forward to my future projects.

If you have questions that you might consider to be spoilers and are concerned about that, feel free to PM me (but do consider posting here first, to add to the discussion and so others might get help for the same issues; plus, others may wish to answer questions, too). As well, I will answer questions about the story and characters, if you have any. I understand that this seems to be primarily a help thread, but I'd also like to know what everyone thinks of the characters, story, music, etc., if you have anything to say.

And once again, please understand that I am just one person, and I have lots of other plans to boot. But I'll do what I can! +::Thumbup

And now, to CINDY: Vulcan is the Sky Behemoth (as Pluto is the Land Behemoth, and Neptune the Sea Behemoth). You will find him on the island of Veya after completing the initial quests on Hobo. After the festival, talk to the people in Hobo Village, and one woman will tell you about the island of Veya.

As for your question about the stars, do you mean the barrier atop Mt. Sirius? Or the point beyond where it says only a child of the stars may pass? If so, that refers to Erin's little brother Elias. You'll recruit him close to the end of the Hobo story arc.

EDIT: While I'm here now, I might as well note a few useful tidbits...

Carry eight Pepp Peps with you at all times. You can buy them on the streets of Alavon, in the Jail in Glymac, in the village of Fauston on Behgar, and a few other assorted locations. If you take Boaz back to Pepp City after recruiting him, you can buy Pepp Peps very cheap at the bar there. If you didn't defeat the Goth Lord early in the game, however, you'll have to pay a membership fee to get in.

Make good use of accessories that increase your strength/attack power, like Ryota's Battle Scarf (which you can give to anyone you want) and the Megalodon Tooth hidden in Nino Bay (you need the raft and dynamite to get it). Also don't neglect accessories that confer status ailment resistance or Elemental defense if you find that a boss is using those techniques on you.

As for recommended parties, all I can say is that Jessica's Empower/ing Force + Maximus' Charged attacks = utter devastation. You can pretty much demolish just about anything in the game using this combo. As for other useful characters to complement this team, Romeo is a nice fast attacker, Ryota is marvelous as he can keep enemies from hitting you with Smoke Bomb and his Calthrops technique chops off 1/10 of most grounded enemies' HP, including bosses (I see Acashpat's done a great job selling him to people), and Ezra and Sybil are useful for their healing abilities (Sybil is better at healing, while Ezra has Light-Elemental attack magic, useful on the prolific Demon-types and the occasional horde of Undead). Of course, you're free to use whoever you want, but combinations of these characters will make things much easier for you.

Good luck, everyone. And thank you so much! +::kiss I hope you all continue to enjoy and discuss the game for a long time to come!

thank you so very much for taking the time to help us all out "jeremyz ".
I have to say, this is one of the better games I have played.
I rates close to Aveyond , Millennium, Laxious Force, Manifest and other games in that league.
And with all the help there is out here in this forum, I don't even miss a walkthrough all that much.
Makes me explore more, and be on my toes more, without one.
Can't wait for your next game. If it is this league, like this game, I'll definetely buy it.
Keep up the good work...........jeremyz ......... +::clap

Thank you both so much. :) The next game might be a little ways off (I would surely never consider releasing something of lower quality for the sake of time), but I hope you'll be patient, and know that it'll be worth the wait! ;)

Cindy: Hazel Village is on the island of Cambria. As I'm not sure exactly how far you've progressed, it might be difficult for me to assist you properly. But if you've unlocked Cambria and done the underwater section, you have to use Neptune to leave and go to another place above the water. Then, you can use Vulcan to reach the surface of Cambria. Proceed west and south through the area to reach Hazel Village.

EDIT: Nicholas asked where the Poison Barb and Rock Spike are. After obtaining the Raft from Thomas in Mesomia, go to the right of his cabin, into the woods. You'll see a treasure chest across a small pond. Use the raft to cross over and you'll find the Poison Barb in the chest. Rock Spike is a skill Pica learns by participating in and surviving the battle with Rockfeller on Mt. Gareth. If you've already defeated Rockfeller without learning Rock Spike, you can't get it anymore.

I guess I am having the problem finding the place above water to use the sky horn... is it a secret location when I am under water?? I have been all over Cambria even the castle..I'm sure it's probably something simple...lol

Hi there, I've got 2 questions at the moment. 1. I'm trying to beat Quetzalcoatl and I'm not having any luck Leonardo is 50, Ryota 49, Elias 25, Sybil 26 - any suggestions would be welcome! I've also tried with Maximuss & Boaz and still got done over!!!!
2. I've tried a number of times to find the way through to the Priestess in Alavon forest but to no avail. Could you post a map of the path please?
Many thanks Feyone2

Cindy: You have to use Neptune (with the Sea Chime) to leave the underwater section completely. Go to Hobo, for instance, THEN use the Sky Horn to summon Vulcan and go to the surface of Cambria (it should be unlocked if you spoke with the king at Aquarius Castle underwater).

Feyone2: Elias and Sybil are quite low in level compared to the others. The fight will end automatically if Elias is killed, so he should probably guard the whole time. If Jessica is close to learning Empower/ing Force (or knows it already), she could help Maximus' Charged attacks do even more damage. Again, Ezra or Sybil could be useful for healing; Sybil learns Revitalize at Level 30, which heals the whole party for a significant amount; she also learns Blessing at Level 31, which nullifies status ailments. Don't forget about Pepp Peps, either. Quetzalcoatl is both Reptile- and Avian-type, so he's weak to swords/katanas and bows/crossbows. Using an Empowered Romeo or Ryota (whichever is stronger) to attack might also help. By the way, Elias also learns Empower, at Level 30.

Here is a picture showing the hidden path to the spring in Alavon Forest.

After entering the forest from the field, head west until you reach the area with the four towers. Then head south all the way and then east, into the trees. You'll be in the area in the image I posted. Follow the red line through the trees (you'll have to fight a battle at the start of the secret passage) to reach the spring.

Is there a list of the locations of the elemental priestesses that remove parts of the fairy's curse? I feel like I have missed one.

Blitzen: If you speak with Pica's mother at the spring on Arean Island, she will tell you how many Priestesses you have yet to visit.

Thanks, Jeremy! I think the one I am missing must be in Mesomia. Can someone give me a clue where she is?

Blitzen: First, go to the Village of Yayrie in Mesomia (use Vulcan to go to Mesomia and then Pluto to reach Yayrie quickly). From there, go south until you reach the island in the lake with the four bridges extending from it (you'll reach it from the top-right bridge if you start at Yayrie like I said). Cross the bottom-right bridge and you'll eventually reach a place where you can use the raft. If you go left, you'll find the spring. If you go right, you'll find an enemy that holds one of Ben's statues.

I'm in the Shrine on Hobo to the very east of the village.
Entered from the north entrance of the shrine.
Defeated all the " Gourmet's"
There is a chest in there, but can't get to it. Other than the chest in the center walkway, which has the phoenix feather in it.
Is this chest accessible??? Or is it just a teaser.
After defeating all of the Gourmets, nothing happened. :(
please help

@gaby5516: Go back outside the shrine and investigate the walls. There is a secret entrance that will take you into the area where that chest is accessible. It took me ages to figure that out!
