Stuck in Alcim - I've been to the north tower, can't get into the south tower, need to open some doors in the north. I've seen the diagram of the moon, black hole and light overtaking dark.

Action them until you get the same as the moon-phase picture you saw

I think I can do the moon puzzle, I just can't get into the room to do the puzzle. Door is closed, won't open with any spells, weapons, etc. How do I get in the room?

This games doesn't work on my laptop. Which is not that old. One year last week. I went through the forum to dig info. I tried the solution proposed in forum. But nothing.
So today i restaured my laptop to the way it before installation of TFOG.
I send you by email the detailed error message. But no answer as yet..........
The installtion of the game cannot be completed.

I did buy coz i really like what I saw. But I may to ask a refund. It is my first time ever going trough all this trouble with a game.

Running XP and game works fine. My computer is probably at least five years old. I installed using typical installation. What's the difference between that and full installation? Also, bought full version yesterday and still waiting for licensing code. I know it said up to 48 hours, but I've never had to wait on my other games. Just wondering. Thanks!

You can see in the thread I am quite responsive to any email i receive. I haven't received any email from yet, I also checked my spam.
Looking at your problem it's a download issue for sure, something went wrong during Download that corrupted the file you highlighted

Ok cool.
I sent email in response to purchase email i got from GEEX. So my laptop run on vista and directX 9. The installation is going fine until i reach a point were it is checking connection. And after a minute it crashed.

And then going trough error report i ound this: Unable to read data from the transport connection

Am in Vereisterberg, have found 3 keys, can't find 4th. I've transported to a room where another transport doesn't work, go down steps & get vases with goodies, go upstairs to another room with rocks and a door, but can't go anywhere from there. Help?!?

First Floor, go down right when there's a fireball thrower, de-activate it by jumping into the trap nearby and action the switch. then go open chest
