I am at Beaside and talked to the King about Jake's letter and he says he will tell me and Jake is ready but I have to go spend the night at the Inn. I do that and when I come back, he tells me the same thing over and over. What am I doing wrong? HELP!!! +::sos

Also, how do I access the Island where the four orbs went? I have no boat landing and I crashed the airship.

You have been doing a sidequest, and to finish it off, just go to the Church in Jolvalley.

From where you saw the orbs fly to the island, you will need to go up to the tower in the Frozen Castle place and there will be an airship there. (There is a bug in that area I couldn't fix but it's nothing major) You will know the place because of terrible ice sliding puzzles. (There is a switch on the right side that allows access to the tower)

wow.... I bought both those games also and paid with paypal and within minutes got my email and started playing...I only use paypal beacuse it's so quick....every time I paid through Plimus it was alsways the next day or so before I got the key codes...I will NEVER use Plimus again...

It's probably a bit random, too, I suppose. To be fair I don't work for any of these two companies, so I wouldn't know for sure which parameters come into play. I suppose an old developer gets their orders processed faster.

I'm just about to finish the game, but there is one thing I can't figure out and that is how to open the door on top of the mountain. Does this have something to do with the fights at the arena? I have fought 9 battles there and I find it exhausting. It says there are 30 levels. I have been through the lava volcano and also from the mountain side. Emil has been at level 99 for some time now and the other 3 are at 60. Please give me a little hint about the locked door. I know there is a special sword hidden somewhere. Thanks

I assume you are talking about the door for the tower?

If so, then it is going to require that you have done nearly everything in the game.

The door requires you to have done:

Emil's Loveless Sidequest,
Greo Follower's Sidequest,
Rose's Best Weapon Sidequest,
Leela's Best Weapon Sidequest,
Ex-Dungeon Sidequest
and finally
Jake's Sidequest

There are certain parts of the sidequest that will end at certain points.
For example, Emil's Loveless Sidequest starts in Sunn (The town where you met Phoenix) but ends once you get the water container)

The ex-dungeon sidequest is always available - Defeat the Champion of the Arena and Defeat the monster at the church then take both seals to the opening of the Abyss.

It is very complex with times and everything. I believe Jake's is the only one that can be completed at any time as well as Leela's and Ex-Dungeon.

The room is an /easter egg/ room where you will pretty much meet the original 3 members of HuskyHeartMedia as well as friends and the testers (which have been put into 1 character)

THANK YOU NEKOS. This is really complex as it is hard to remember what I've completed now. I don't remember Greo Follower's sidequest. I have the Thunder bow for Rose and Titan's arms for Leela. It seems what's missing is the Ex-Dungeon and Jakes sidequest and I'm not sure where else to go for these. I'll revisit everything once again. Right now, I'm out of money as I spent it all on supplies - especially magic water. It would really help is a Quest Log were available just to keep track of everything. Thanks again for your help.

I have: Tablet with ancient writing, Jake's Diary, Soul of Eterna, Golden Bone, Book of Titan, Heat of Titan, and Titan's Golden Cross. From this, can you tell what's missing? Also I have accumulated 28 Mimic's Chests, but haven't found a use for these, yet.

Edit: Just found the ancient sword, but can't equip it. Also got the Heart Medal.

Take the ancient sword back to the scholar where you met Phoenix.
If you have the Heart Medal, you have finished the Greo's Followers sidequest
Roses quest just has you visit the farm twice then the arena
Jake's quest goes:
Get Diary
Go to Chruch and get ring
Go to Forest of the Gods and get secret letter
Go to Beaside King for a scene
Go to the Church for final part of the sidequest

Wow Nekos, are we supposed to figure all this out on our own? Thanks again for all this info. I'm sure others will appreciate it as well. And thanks for monitoring this site so closely and your immediate response.

That's what makes the game fun. figuring out what to do next. It's like in most RPGs, sidequests are optional, but if you want to do them, you have to travel around xD.

And I like reading what people have to say about the game :D

I am trying to throw the crystals to beat Leon but the timer is only about 5 seconds and it is impossible to beat!!
I am sad I can't finish this game..Is there a way to stop or slow the timer? Very frustrating after all I have been through!!
Makes me sorry I even bought the game..very frustrating!!

You should have plenty of time to hit the crystals. I made it easier than before. Before, it would give you a game over if you missed, this time it just tells you to focus.

Here are the inputs
1. Down, Right, Up, Left, Z
2. Left, Right, Left, Right, Z, Up, A, Up, Right
3. Z, Z, A, Down, Up, Z, D, Z, Up, Right, Right, Right, A
4. Up, Up, down, Z, D, Up, Right, Left, Up , Right, Z, Z, S
5. D, D, Up, Left, Right, Up, Z, Z, A, X, X, A, Up, X
6. Right, Right, A, Z, Up, Up, Right, Down, Z, Right, Z, X, S, Up,

You have half a second to enter each key. In version 1.5 (The next bug fix) I am going to have it be every 60 seconds.

Well, that is not enough time to even look at the keyboard much less input all those!! half a second? Please change this .

I'll just have to wait for the new version and while you are at it, what's up with those @#$%^@ treasure chests that take all your gold you have just worked hours to accumulate? All the items are extremely expensive and you need all the gold you earned to buy enough items!!

I play these games to relax..

We would like it to show on the screen what area we are in or at least have a sign posted in each town or area so we don't have to wander and wander and wander and still don't know where we are!!

Also we need a quest log to show what quests we have left to do.

And after you get the second airship, if you go back into the volcano, it won't let you come back out the way you went in so you need to have another save point or your goose is cooked.

Sorry if I sound frustrated but I was looking forward to playing this and most of it was enjoyable..but the things I mentioned are not fun at all!!

I fixed the bug in the volcano, earlier before you mentioned it, so don't worry about it.

As for the quest log I might put one in, but I might not. The main reason is because of having to go to each point and inserting a script for it... As well as finding a script that will work with it too.

I removed the chests seeming as people don't like them...

I went to the forest of godess ( i think) There is a blue tablet, when you read it you are sent to another location, but when i walked around on the blocks, it suddenly sent me back to the forest again. Now the screen is blinking back and forth like it cant deside to stay in the forest or read the tablet.. I cant do anything..
