How do you get the star from the mice - I have the stick and cloak but when I kill them I only get 100g - I am now at L 29 from constantly going back to find the mice - help+: +::surrender

You need to be lucky. The drop rate for the star is 1/32.
Keep trying. You'll get it eventually

Im doing well with the quests have got down to about 20 or a lot are in the new area.Im levelling up a bit now and seeing if i can get items for the other quests first

Would i be right in thinking the 4th Epitaph is in the Drowned City of Nu which is in the frozen ravine or rather down some stairs.I went down some stairs in an earlier visit in the Frozen Ravine.Cant remember what it was called but it was to do with water and i fought with a flame guarding a red chest and i cant remember what the reward was now.Im assuming thats the location of the 4th Epitaph ?

Yes it is the location for the final Epitaph.

The Dark dimension being the dark area ive yet to venture too far in to yet.Could do with a torch for that one lol +::biggrin

OK - I am into this game (finally) and have dealt with the frustration of losing my progress continually. Now, I have a real problem because I cannot defeat the Puppet Master. I know there must be a secret (thanks for the tips on the Minotaur BTW) but I just get whipped every time I try. That sucker keeps rejuvenating and his little imps are getting to me. I have only ma\nagged to kill one of them before they finally knock me off. Any hints from anyone? I am doing a workaround by leveling up some more, but I know I have to go back and face that stupid flame again sometime. +::O_o

Or a minimap which I intentionally take it out to make the game harder

Puppet Master can be really frustrating if the party is under lvl.
Level 15+ is recommended

Ive just stumbled in to a place where the Epitaphs can be placed on stone tables.Ive placed 3 of em and now need the 4th.Im guessing once ive got that 4th one then its fight time.

I wouldn't advice you to challenge that boss before you get to the very end of the game.
This boss is about 2 times harder than the final boss.
