Background
Ever since we can remember the land is haunted by strange creatures, Anomalies, wild monsters that will attack and destroy everything in their way. It is believed that the anomalies are created by an element called Malice, such element is created by humans themselves, emotions like hatred, greed, ambition are responsible for the anomalies' births. In order to fight the anomalies, special individuals are selected to train and become a Swordmaster, he will have abilities capable of destroying the anomalies. Unfortunately, no matter how hard and bravely they fight the births seems to never cease...

Storyline
After 10 years away from home, Galahar comes back to his hometown, now along with his wife, Kara, a strong and determined woman, they leave on a journey that will change their lives forever. Galahar must become the new swordmaster, traveling all over the continent, Kara will use that opportunity to look for her daughter, she is willing to find her no matter what, nothing will stand on her way.
Join Galahar and Kara in this emotional and intriguing journey, that will put them at their limits, while Galahar struggles to protect people as the swordmaster and find his daughter, Kara will support him with her strenght and faith even at the most difficult situations.

What about dark souls II hints and tips???

I have played Dark Souls and it was a pretty good game for a while and the story seemed to flow and become more involved and the puzzles were fun and of course I had to think.

My real gripe was as the game progressed the character speed kept becoming slower and slower until it became that the character was essentially crawling. I was in to around 20 + hours of playing.

I know it was not my computer because I tested it two different computers and same problem.

I was hoping for some of patch but at that time there was not one so I had to give up on the game. I wanted to finish it but characters walking soooooo slow was not good. I ended up getting a refund.

I am not sure what RPG engine was used to design it.

I would buy Dark Souls 2 only if this was fixed.

Unfortunately I have a new computer and no longer have the game or save file.

I forgot to copy my app data files onto my new computer.

I am an avid 2D RPG player and when I finish playing Millennium knowing me I need my next game fix and I will buy this game because the game looks pretty good to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed Dark Souls 1 and am looking forward to commencing Dark Souls 2 (there are just too many good games at the moment, lol).

To Rpgeez. I have several save files from Dark Souls (the speed issued was definitely fixed) and I would be happy to email you them. I levelled up quite a bit (to 99) and achieved all items. Just a thought as a few people were kind enough to release save files for the community in Laxius Force 1.

I am playing Dark Souls 2 and my first impressions is the game is pretty good.

The story is involved and deep.

The game play is fun and the monsters are tough to beat.

The weapons look cool to especially Galahar's weapon which reminds me of Final Fantasy

I like all the characters so far (Galahar,Zuke and Kara) and they work well together

I also like the fact the money is hard to come by and you need to plan your attack strategy more carefully which makes for a more realistic game play.

I am just wondering are there any secret rooms or areas to discover?

I forgot to mention I am playing the demo and I will buy this game which is $19.99

This is a must, too many RPGs play it on the safe side so to please a maximum of players.... shame

There are secret dungeons, bosses, items and much more, it's up to you to find them!

Well, I gotta say about the money and the monsters, some people complained a bit about it, but I'd rather leave it the way it is now, RPGs must require strategy, after all, it's really not that hard, anyway, I tried to tone down the beginning a bit.

You guys if you liked 3 Stars or Millennium, I recommend you try Dark Souls II

It has good RPG mechanisms, solid content and unique characters and monsters!

Do you have to have played Dark Souls first or can you just pile in and play this? Mind you I still have a backlog of LF1 to finish and LF2 to start but always on the lookout for something new
