This is the first commercial RPG from Freebird Games - a very touching and unusual adventure with a deep story.
"To the Moon" is an adventure game about two doctors traversing backwards through a dying man's memories, in order to fulfill his last wish.



Plot:

Dr. Rosalene and Dr. Watts have rather peculiar jobs:

They give people another chance to live, all in their head.

But due to the severity of the operation, the new life becomes the last thing the patients remember before drawing their last breath.

This story follows their attempt to fulfill the dream of an elderly man, Johnny. With each step back in time, a new fragment of Johnny's past is revealed. As the two doctors piece together the puzzled events that spanned a life time, they seek to find out just why the frail old man chose his dying wish to be what it is.

And Johnny's last wish is, of course. . . to go to the moon.

I downloaded the game and liked the intro but... is this a RPG or some other kind of game, because it doesn't look like an RPG... not that I have anything against other kind of games, I just want to know.

with a deep storyline this must be probably the game i play.how many hours of gameplay is this?

I'm usually not much interested in RPG Maker games outside of Aldorlea, but To The Moon looks really intriguing.

Sorry for the confusion guys! It's actually not exactly a RPG; somewhat of a hybrid between RPG, adventure game, and maybe a visual novel. It's heavily story-oriented, and there're no battles. Since it's a quirky classification, it'd probably be best to try the demo to decide for yourselves.

when i play the game..i thought i play this game before.its just like the red ribbon game from the start when the car hits the tree and the squirrel die.but as the games go on ..it was all talk and investigate the sorroundings..its just more on hidden object rather than RPG.

I do quite like VNs and RPGs and since this is a mix of it, I'll definitely try it out!
