I don't think it is a real quest - there are no "holes" or "slots" in the quest book for this one (check the quest list I posted, quests have numbers and we can guess missing quests by looking for missing numbers)

About the torture organization quest? i think we may have been punk'd again. See, we've reported that the quest doesn't go away even after we do the whole wendie kidnapping bit as a bug, and even in the latest version this hasn't been fixed. Well I don't think it's a bug, I think it isn't the same quest at all, this and the mrs. bathory one. I think we just haven't figured it out and haven't tried, what with thinking it's a bug...well I just did it again and here's why I think this:

Yes but Quest 108 in my quest log says Sacjdil destroyed, quest given by Mage Guild and it shows complete.

So I finished the quest and it is still on the list of incomplete quest at the font desk in the Mage Guild.

In my questbook this isn't even quest 108. In fact:

After I killed mrs b. Quest 108 is the kidnapped ghost girl from the sewers...and I don't have anything anywhere in my quest list that says sacjdil destroyed. Hmmmmm...

OK. Quest 108 shows up in two places, maybe that is the problem. It shows up where it should be right after 107 as Lisbeth Found and then shows up again right before 166 as Sacjdil Destroyed.
