I used Pato's Chapter 7 saves and finished up Chapter 8 myself. He is much more patient than I am and so the levels are as follows:
Random: 99
Sarah: 91
Luci: 99
Wendala: 99
Brussian: 91
Tara: 96
Petula: 91
Alexandra: 98
Cindy: 90
Herasia: 92
Guanidia: 99
Rosa: 99 (!)
Askhbar: 90
Cocka-Cocka: 99
Coryool: 92 (iirc)
Broff: 49 (he will have plenty of options to level up in LFIII!)
Fierce: 37 (he will get plenty of levels in Chapter 10 alone)

I haven't restarted LF III with my new import yet. I will be updating those links as I do as well as working on a full walkthrough starting with Chapter 9.
I have to work today and have plans tomorrow, but I should have the files for Chapter 9 and (hopefully) that first walkthrough done Monday or Tuesday.

You just copy it in the savefiles directory.

But copy it to LF 2 directory then,in the main screen of LF 3 press import and after that choose the save.

I do not see a "savefiles directory" in any of my LF files
(am running Windows 7 if that matters)
