Yes, she appears at the counter when Luciana go to the Metrolia ruins, but she only want to speak with Random.

Can I still get Vanina in my non-import file? (Not that I strongly want to, considering she wasn't all that great for the brief amount of time she was available in LFI.)

I got her when I just started Chp.12. But she is "not available". So that means I can't check her stats at all. And Yveen joined once more! +::YAY

When you start chp.12 you have Random in your party. I didn't talk to Vanina before that. When I went to have Nash I saw a bunny girl,then told myself. "Please don't be Vanina,please don't be Vanina!" but she is.
