PS1: It's a feature of the Hero Saint Armor, and works with all weapons.
PS2: Get the Meta-Gloves from the Arena (puzzled is going after it with a vengeance, I'm sure he'll give us the rundown on all the weak characters) - you hit 3 times every round, without using any MP. The guide says to buy lots of MP pills, but I actually did not even use up the Magicka potions - only Sarah needed to refill her MP every now and then, Wendy and Luci regenerate MP.
