i found him at the port in adretana(if i remember right, sorry several days little sleep its a bit foggy)

He's also in the guard place in 1001 lakes. Can't do much there cause almost all the soldiers left, but Bokden is there!! +::YAY

He is in one of the rooms in the castle during the Metrolia fights with Xander's team. I think that may be the same room he was in during LF1.
