I have beaten the X-Elven God and have returned to the Camp, slet, updaated some equipment. I have visted the other Camps, NOW WHAT......
The walkthru says the Assult is next but how do I start.!?

Don't know if a t this point you have to go north out of the Rillian Camp to the Rillian Wasted Hills.
To launch the Global War you gotta talk to Holland (the guy below Waltz). He'll ask you if you're ready.
Equip everybody before talking to him!

Luciana will not let me go norht and Holland says The Commandor will not dare attacked.....
I defeated the Beasts that were at the end to path with the two sets of bats. Is this correct?

I can't find a save file where Holland says what you mentioned.
I'm not sure which beasts you mean.
You said you've beaten the X-Elven God, so the fortress must be under control now. After that you were reunited with the others. In my save file I now left the fort north to go back to the Ultai and bring the crystals. Have you done this?
