A civilian like you wouldn't understand. +::biggrin

Anti-aliasing isn't really used much in pixel art. To make the image appear smoother, it adds a lot of partially transparent pixels. The tool I downloaded removes the antialias. So, I can now rotate pixels a lot easier.
