But the Mystrock is restored and the poor and rich will live together. That's how it must happen! Remember the very beginning of MM1??? Where that woman tells the little girl that Myst is what it is today because of Marine. So Marine will win.

And then again, Lord Dragon could realize that he should be Lord of all and consider ALL the people, not just the ones in the city. He could then convince the people in the city to open their doors to those in the countryside (after all, that's where they get their food and other supplies) and then LD and Marine could trounce Borgon and his 12 warriors and Marine and Lord Dragon could get married and rule the whole of Myst and live happily ever after!! +::lol

The only way which I can think is LD supporting Marine after seeing her guts and confidence.. +::Dunno

Lord Dragon is quite young, so maybe Borgon hoped to be able to influence him enough to be the true ruler of Mystrock. After all, he hired the hooded man to spy on marine, so he doesn't obey Lord Dragon as much as he is supposed to...

Maybe Marine and her effort of getting the 13 warriors for election will ultimately lead to Borgon's betrayal and Marine helping Lord Dragon to get the throne back.

my hint is that Lord Dragon is a man of honor and turning against his side would mean major betrayal.
his etiquette is to defend the interest of his government and in mystrock. +::O_o

there is MM4 and MM5 left
where would you put the betrayal, the throne regain etc?

Probably not before MM5, after all, betraying Lord Dragon would probably be Borgon's last resort. He could try other things before that, for example Marine still has a father, so she's susceptible to blackmailing...

One possibility I can think of for MM4 is that Merryl will get beaten and caught by Marine and her party, then they could use this to let Lord Dragon know about Borgon crossing his orders - definitively not a pleasant situation for Borgon.
