It's probably a corrupted download. Try downloading it again, maybe from another source?

Can you post a screenshot of this error?
Also maybe uninstall the game, restart the computer and try again?
You may also want to install another game of mine and see if it works fine.

!!!!
This is strange, I have the other milenniums installed and I played them about a year ago and they were fine but now they all give the same error, not just milennium 4.
IS something wrong with my computer?
I don't know how to screenshot, but it says
"Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author."

It definitely indicates something wrong with your computer.
Here are some "ideas" found on the Net:

*cries*
I don't know to fix it, I read some sites they say it's a registry problem but they want money to use their program to fix it.

Have you tried to check for errors on your main disk and see if they can be repaired?
Or maybe disable whatever AV you have to see if that helps?

I had the same issue a while ago with Windows Vista.
I did this(it may not work for everyone)
error while unpacking program code 2. please report to author.
Reinstall your anti-virus program. It happens when you perform Microsoft update. Remove antivirus from add/remove programs. Go to antivirus web site (scuh as pctool.com etc) and download latest antivirus and install. You will see the error is gone. Hope this help.
Also I use a free program called CCleaner. It does a great job cleaning your registry and other files especially if you uninstall something. CCleaner is one of the best legitimate cleaners that is free. I have been using CCleaner for years with no issues.
Also never let a website download or install something that promises to "fix your registry". This is very dangerous and almost all are scams. It will do more harm on your computer and if you did not make backups you will end up with serious computer issues.
Oh by the way I hate Vista. Windows 7 is much more stable and even Windows XP is better than Windows Vista.
