ALL the places Bokden has been?

So - Bokden is a major character in MM4.
Can a collective effort (yes, ours!) be able to nail all the places Bokden has been in all my commercial games?

Reported so far:LF1 - West/south-west of Random's shack, Lizard Counter, north of Karks and Marion.
Sylia - Mt. Horus
Millennium - Guild of Strength, Rocky Path, Marshlands of Myst, Old Crypt, Green Grass House, Sapphire Cave, Green Grass
Millennium 2 - Mystrock, Eternal Autmn, Toad Swamp (?), Gigantine Cave, Lone Rock, Secret Room in the snow... I think that it's 32, Green Grass Temple
Ella's Hope - In Moana Village of ''In Search For Friends'' chapter.
Laxius Force II - Adretana Port.
Laxius Force III - Inside Adretana Castle during Global War.
3 Stars of Destiny - SankT Leona.
DSC - In the guy's dream who tells you Ramsis list his harp. The guy is in bthe Pharoah's dream
DSC - In the sick guy's dream that is in Erin's dream in the old man's dream.
lf3 - tower of weapons, wondering where everyone went dissapears after you talk to him

MM4 - Is it really right to ask it??? Anyways he's a Playable and Mandatory character so you must find him even if you don't want to. The Old Lighthouse.

Not all of them, some of Millennium 1 I had to see in the walkthrough like the Marshlands and Millennium 2 I had to see in the walkthrough the secret room and the Gigantine Cave.
And in Ella's Hope, I knew but I had to search for the name of the village.

Millennium 4 - Beginning of the game, cutscene in Green Grass.
That's the first one... But there were a few until Lighthouse...

Is it in Firth of Fourth? Or Tribal Temple? Drats I don't remember.
