plimus purchase has disappeared

I bought the game and guide.
I got a confirmation and download for the guide. When I tried to download I got a blank page and I have not received a confirmation email or key for the actual game.
I went to Plimus site and got key for game but nothing for downloading the guide.
Can you help please
