Just can't defeat him, even followed the guide's strategy but nothing. I have to use my most powerful attacks to get to his battle, because of the extremely hard enemies (the cats) I don't have Randolf. And when I get to him, his ice and blade attack in all kill two party members at once, if he uses the same in a row is game over.

i play casual as well and i used clea-barbara-yu-pacha..it was hard but i got him in the 3d fight

Sometimes it's best to use potions than spells to heal and revive.
Clea's Bubbles O' Pain also work decently but more importantly make sure she casts Nullify every single time he boosts himself up! +::clap

By the way who do you have in your party?

I defeated them and I'm now on the final battle, when Clea asks to form 2 parties, and that the second would fight the demon. I choose Alex to the first because of her Charm spell, but now I'm really stuck in the second with Clea, Luis, Nagam and another that I don't remember. Some characters with low levels doesn't even matter which armor I put on them, they still receive great damage. I know that the hard mode should be hard but not THAT hard. I'm not complaining about the difficult, sometimes it's just annoying you have to struggle to win a difficult battle to come another difficult battle next.

Luis and Nagam should be really strong though... On top of that Luis' healing spells are great and he has a lot of MPs!
Clea can also use potions if you find her healing skills are not good enough!

do you have Melusine? she is great for the last fight!

if it's too hard it may be better to level up a bit and re-enter. it will be easier as a whole (not just the last fight).

I used Luis in the last battle but still it wasn't enough, the enemies are too strong and end up killing all other party members first. When Luis is alone in battle, I try to revive the others but Cassandra always use strong spells that damages the party and end up killing who I just revived. I know that I should let the strongest for the last battle, but the battle before the last is just too difficult too.

@Indinera - I don't have Melusine.

at this point it's best to backtrack a bit and level up characters.
you may also want to unequip bad members so you're sure the good ones get the better equipments.

If you have any trinkets you should use them now too!
And make sure you target Cassandra's minions first!
Do you have Yu, Barbara or any of the tigers available? They all have nice boost up skills! +::Thumbup
