Can't get to Dharma after dying

On the first try, I died fighting the Bomb Imps. When I restarted from AutoSave, I was no longer able to activate the secret path. Any suggestions - other than reverting back to the previous regular save point?

Never mind. I discovered I still had the bromium solution. Once I used that, the path showed up.
