skill levels

Is there a list anywhere of what skills are available at what levels? Been reading about Clea having Immaculate Irradiation as a final skill, I've got her at level 70, but she stil does not have that skill. I have at least 13 characters at level 60, some are between 65 and 70. Just wanna make sure I can wipe out final boss with no problem.

Immaculate Radiation is not about Level, it's a random spell that you gain by killing a certain demon. I think it's Osphilades, any character (magicians I think) can learn after he's defeated.

thanks for the info. I killed Osphilades and had Clea in the party at the time, but she didn't learn that skill. Princess Lo has learned it tho, so will probably use her against Cassandra.
