Copying stuff is boring. I call it my semi-talent. Not useful for anything.
Maybe you just need to practice a little!
You could try finding out what material you work better with and then practice it!^^(like pencils or color pencils, or chinese ink...)Its just like running!If you do a little everyday, who knows if one day you wont be able to finish a hole marathon! 
Its just a question of trying. And if that doesnt work, you can always try harder!
