The ultimate Hero fight... which one makes the better hero?

Random, no doubt.
I found him much stronger and he has much much better spells.
(Btw - some of the monsters in TBOL stole his Gate of Thunder!!!)

Jordan has far more HP than Random and he is great at large healing and inflicting monsters with statu ailments, doesn't that count?

yeah... but random is random, no matter how much dark magic you put in, or how much healing, youll never even come near random with anything short of a hero from at least a three game series...

I liked Jordan. Even when he gets sick his healing and massive dark status ailements were very useful. Random of course is able to smash every monster he comes across, but isnt as fun to use IMO.

Melusine has Gates of Thunder?
Hm, haven't used her for a while and now she's in Ardeth while I'm still on Wittaland. Cool though!

Yes, Jordan has more HP and can inflict the monsters, but that's pretty much it.
And Random is just nicer. He wouldn't insult old people.

(Jordan however is nicer to children! Random doesn't like children, but Jordan .... that kid running around not very fast .... Jordan says, just let him believe he's fast! That's sweet!)

Both of them are great leaders, Jordan is the rude one that thinks that he's the best and treats everyone like his slave. lol
Random treats everyone well (with the exception of Wendy sometimes, because she's his slave xD similarities) But Jordan doesn't have strong spells like Random do, so I go for Random. Yet, the only thing that Jordan has better than Random is his healing spell.

Yeah a lot of his spells make hard guys and even bosses completly useless. Jordan rocks, but so does random. In a one on one fight it would be cool. If random gets messed up by spells its over, but if its hit for hit, Jordans a goner. Make a new game with Jordan as an evil evil man. Much like his life style in tbol, only hes your main villian.

I would have to vote for Random. After all, Jordan had a little extra help for much of the game.

but i'm asking about Jordan with Cassandra vs Random, since you never really get to know how the real Jordan is (and truth be told the real Jordan doesn't hold a candle to Random indeed)

Which again proves that Random is better. Jordan needs a demon in his guts to be strong, Randome IS strong all by himself!
