Who do you think is the best spellcaster in this game?
You need to factor everything, diversity and usefulness of the spells (good damages, heal well etc), stats of the spellcaster etc.

I suppose candidates are Jordan, Melusine, Clea, Alex, Lorette, Anton, Princess Lo, Yu, Tamara, Luis etc.

I haven't tried them all yet ;-) but the b*** Melusine is good. I just find her arrogant, overbearing and intolerable, (I guess she reminds me of my mother +::O_o

) so I'll play with Jasmine as long as I can. Especially since I don't miss out on Zetta because of the choice, she is a good bonus for getting Jas. :-)

That holds for me too - can't cast a vote until I've played through a couple more times and tried out the characters. This poll could be a long time coming to a conclusion.

Then I will have to mention Clea's "Irrigation" spell +::lol

I quite like her when she gets up in lvls, and Jordan himself if he didn't get sick has a big star in my book.

Ah, a lot of characters have good spells.
Yes, Clea's is pretty good.
Tamara with her Ominous Thoughts is awesome too, but you get her quite late in the game.
Zetta's Battle Dance is constantly improving and a huge plus.
Zara's Tornado Strike Lv4 can wipe out an entire enemy party.
Yu's Divine Irradiation is very effective on some enemies too.
I can't even remember all the spells I've used! +::fear
