Trouble with full version

I bought the game this morning -downloaded full version and played at my home pc..when i tried to download and install at work's pc tonight, the 3 links in my e mail (full version) are blocked..why blocked?..since i have a full verion code and receipt?

those links are sent by BMT. any indication what blocks them?

i did a bit of search and it appears that btm blocks the password when you try to redownload from different computer..several forum members complaining on this...but this is a killjoy..i got my saves ready to move to work and now cant even download the full version...
