Littlebro or someone the Wind element is not there plz help

As I see in the guide the Wind Element and 2 of those bat women are suppose to be there and she is not. Is there something that need to trigger for her to come? Thanks in advance. Windy, where are you?

That's the place, sure enough. Does it show in your item list as Quest #9?

No I feel silly. Blame it on a blond moment. How do I trigger this then please. Do I have to have the other 3 first before getting her? It says for quest 9 I have to get her then Susanna asks us to get the others to complete quest 9. How can I complete if she isn't there? Thanks

I think I found my answer. It does sound like I have to get the other 2 before her.

i got this one before the others..maybe a certain chara has to be in the party?sorry i cant recall how it happened..

hmmm my party consists of Susanna, Stardust, Rupert, and Calypso. I don't know. I put Kennith out because I wanted to level up Rupert some then him. Thanks

I have no idea if this makes a difference or not, but I got the Elemental before getting Stardust.

I played that area twice....the first time I got the Wind Element prior to getting Stardust. The second time around I went back to the Wind Element and decided to get Stardust first. After getting Stardust, I went back to defeat the Wind Element and she was not longer there.
Thankfully I had a previous save and reloaded the game.
