How do I level up my third character? like from the beginning I had in my party: queen, gabriel and ?????

He can't level up because he has the ''Lost'' condition. He will lose this condition in a certain part of the game, he'll get rid of the ''Lost'' condition eventually.

And once he got rid of that condition he'll have an appropriate level too, so no worries, you won't have to level him afterwards.
