I have Stardust and I've been through the locked room.
I returned to the area where I could get quest 9 and the elemental. There's nothing there. How do I trigger the appearance of the elemental and the fight?

Second: where do I get the broken tablet? I've not acquired that on my travels.

About the elemental:

If you got the quest, then it means that you killed that Elemental already.

About the tablet:

You get by killing enemies in Claw Island world map.

I think I've lost the wind elemental according to an answer on page 2. Didn't find that before I posted this query.
