Another question !!! I have an item that looks like a pear. At what level will I get to identify it and/or do I need something else to identify it?

Go see that Hydra. Unless he's in your party, he'll be able to tell you what it is. If he is in your party...then you've got some levelling up to do +::biggrin

ok i have several questions 1. i have tried to get the zep to land on mount to pick up princess it wont ......2the first time i had no problem but i had to restart my game an now it wont let me get her...the king wont come on zep til u get the princess at least that is how it did the first time what do i do? 2. in amri i saw the relic but then it stopped showing it will it show up again ? an how do i get the hydra to join?

1. In order for the zep to land on the mountain to pickup the princess, you have to have the king on-board. Getting him there is the tricky part. Make sure you have that quest of locating her. Did you get into the staring contest? +::lol

That was a cool one +::biggrin

But you have to go back to get the King on-board the zep, then you can land. Might be a bit tricky landing cause the area is small, but keep at it.
2. the vanishing and moving one? yep. keep going back and forth to the room. eventually it'll show up in a place you can access to get it.
3. now as for the hydra, if you challenged him straight off the bat or teased him he couldn't fight, then he'd join, but you will lose out on his naming that pear. Once you talk to him and left him there without him joining the party, then you won't get another chance to change his mind and he can name that pear for you.

If you wait until you get the pear before you talk to the hydra and keep talking to him until he names it, then you can tell him he can't fight and he will join the party. So you can do both. But your timing must be right.

I've completed the quest to kill the succubus and an earlier post said that the swan would then take me to where the stolen treasure is. However, all I could get the swan to do was to give me 3 perception points. Is there something else I need to do?

Inevitably, the minute I posted the question, I worked out that I was talking to the wrong swan. Problem solved.
