Because he showed up early. +::biggrin

I agree completely about Marine and The Bear, but hadn't thought about Benoit and Kusinov; I like it!

But as Indy's post just indicated, I suppose we need to expect the unexpected. +::Dunno

For (very) old followers of my work, remember the tournament in LP1, ahaha.

Okay, the night before tournament of SankT Leona was an catastrophe of epic proportions. We can expect... a catastrophe? +::biggrin Or just, events that change the course of things, like Marine losing to Lord Dragon yet he recognizes the great warrior she is giving her the title of Ruler of Mystrock?

I don't know, all I can tell is that the night before the tournament SankT Leonait had blood, deaths, destruction everywhere. I think that Indy meant tha something unexpected can happen before the tournament. :)

I'm still not 100% sure we'll even have to do that entire showdown. 169 fights - that can easily get boring. I think the whole plot turn out completely different.

169 fights??? I don't think Indy was planning to have everyone fight everyone.

LD would be a bit foolish (and bring hatred to his name) if he ever did something like that lol

The cancellation of the tournament in LP1 was for very mad reasons indeed... not sure MM5 will get something like that +::O_o

It all depends on what happens between the fights... after all, the Arena in the Laxius games isn't boring, is it? +::O_o 8)

No, but in LF you can wander off and do other things between some of the bouts, so breaking it up. Logically, though, in MM the fights will all come together in a big block when the time is up.

It wouldn't be just a series of fights one after the other.
It's in a big arena, with a wild crowd entirely dedicated (?) to LD and his troop!
There would be a lot of teasing, provocating etc. all depending on how well you perform (which means big replayability and interaction ala TBOL). I don't think it would be boring as you would see your fav and less fav (eg Djez lol) interacting with the Mystrock guys and Borgon.
Then again - if all goes as expected. +::whistle

All this guessing and discussion AND the that teaser is letting me even more excited for the game.

But if there is 13 warriors for each goverment, it would be 13 battles no? If it's gonna be a one-on-one battle.

13 battles if it's one vs one and that's it... doesn't seem very extraordinary though +::O_o
