1. Is the rule on the Animal King still standing? The harder the mode you start in the more Animal Kings you can battle, with Hard Mode being the fullest, and Story Mode having limited Animal Kings to fight?

2. So you think that this game tops even Laxius Force 3? I haven't played the Laxius series much at all, but I'm interested if MM5 will be considered the most refined and polished game you made overall so far?

Absolutely, Hard Mode = all Animal Kings

I haven't played the Laxius series much at all, but I'm interested if MM5 will be considered the most refined and polished game you made overall so far?

Most refined and polished, hmmm difficult call. Which game is my most refined and polished game so far, you'd say?

One thing that I will ask here that almost nobody asks but everybody loves. The music of the series.

I know that some of the musics from past Millenniums will be back, and I never had or will have anything against it. But, let's talk about the new songs, there will be plenty? And what about some of the most magical songs of the series will be back in this one? The one named "Flying"? Other that could be back is that one from Millennium 3, Back to Space, that one is heavenly.

There are plenty of new songs, and plenty of old classics returning, too.

And is there a slight chance we might get the possibility to change promotions? I'm so unhappy with my Marine being Wild Goose. Her countering everything was a death sentence for her in several boss fights (cause a lot of the bosses countered her hits too) and in the end I just let her die instead of wasting my precious Mandragores on her.

Don't think you can change promotions.
Defending is a way not to counter and a better deal than dying.

When I read that I could have sworn that she counters anyway. Just tried it out and . See how brave I am? I hardly ever defend so I hadn't realized that yet!
But in a one-to-one fight it won't help to defend when the opponent counters too. Then you can only sit and watch and pray that she's fast enough to evade and hits hard enough to knock out the other one quickly.

You mean for the showdown? She still has the time to learn other fighting technics ^^

Yes sure, but if she counters with a hit and her foe counters hits too, then nothing will help her, unless she can beat the other one in the first round. If she doesn't then the opponent will either hit or cast a spell, and no matter what, she'll counter - and then you can only sit and watch.

I'm not sure how's that a bad thing?
It's only bad when the boss is some kind of HP behemoth that can't be defeated in one or even a few rounds...
