I am in the first cave, toword the end of bleaching span. I turned on switch 3 and become trapped. How do I get out? I am in a small cave inside the large cave.

wouldn't switching it off work? or egress?

I went back to a save, went to the switch, and it worked!

I have turned on all the switches and lit the fire. Now I'm stuck as I can't see anywhere to go.

I've had the same problem with the switch: after activation, it was impossible to move elsewhere or to deactivate it. So I used egress +::fear

I am not sure if this is a game's flaw, or if that switch was designed to work that way

It's a flaw for sure. I tried again to enter the area with the switch, and it was not possible to exit. Luckily this time I saved just before the test

Are you sure you can't just switch them off and backtrack?
