Fela is a girl and so does the brunette whose back we see..and the other 2 charas are boys in my opinion..
Fela is either working in the army (an army officer probably) and maybe she is the leader of this team..btw all of them look like army people-royal knights etc..if i could guess i would say that this scene is at the beginning coz it is the first time they have to sleep all together and it is a little awkward..usually at the beginning of the story

edit: now that i have maximized screen i see that fela and the other girl are not wearing knights' gear..Fela could be an archer or something and the other girl with the blue outfit ..hmm.a healer?
