Trouble with Quest #11

I have the quest but when I get to the Thieves' Hideout, I just get something about a door in the forest, but it won't open. What did I do wrong here?

Have you checked out the log???

It just says "recover the stolen gold, but leave the daughter". Was I supposed to run in to her somewhere else?

LOL sorry...I meant the tree log on the ground outside the door

Oh. LOL. No I didn't see that. Will have to go back in. Can't do it right now but will let you know what happens.

Have you been missing all the logs along your journey?????
That's a bit of change you've missed all this time then You can still get whatever you come across now then

I have #11 Completed but still cannot access the Hide Out !! Clicking on the log does not open the door !!!!

Maybe you clicked the wrong end of the log.

No. I have been clicking on the logs all along. It's just that that log was completely different looking.

Yes, in that old, dark part of the forest the logs are much bigger. You need to click the right end of that special log.

I always went for the "open" end you can see. When I clicked on the right side of that log...nothing, so went to the left side and... Always worked that way for each log I came across

I have clicked both ends and NOTHING...........
