No, I don't think so. In the shrine you can just get rewards. It might be though that it affects the reward.
I really don't remember. I'll check out tomorrow. Although I'm pretty sure that Littlebro will be faster!

I'm sure it can. I think none of the quests is mode-related.

Leave the Shrine until as late as possible when you have completed all the quests because your rewards will be based on how you completed several of them.

Just saw that bit about modes. As far as I can see from queries from people who have done the game on easy, all quests are available to everyone.

Is this one time sensitive???? Getting ready for the last leg and doing a "refill" of supplies.

Edit: Found out can still do it. Perfect timing cause already went to the shrine and going for the finale
