I am having problems with quest 11 & 12
12 won't trigger at all.
11 is in my list but i can't get into the thieves hideaway.

Also I have a couple quests I have completed and don't show as completed.

What is going on?

I got 11 to trigger but still stumped on the quartermaster quest.

Q#12 can only be done when you go to Laymer. Make sure you listen to Mel upon entering Laymer.
But before all that...there should be a mention of some sort in the quest list about

Edit: My baaad! Not Melite but FELA!!!! Fela is the one to listen to about the Quartermaster

Quest #12 will only trigger if you speak to someone at a particular point.

Quest #11 to get into the hideaway you need to find the switch that opens the door.

For the quests that don't show as completed - which ones are they and what have you done that you think completes them?
