I am very disappointed. I did every single quest. I found every secret room. For the quests, it said I did not complete two and for the secret rooms it said I only had 23. I completed everything but did not get extra bonus if you found all 25 rooms and don't know what I would have received at the temple had it said I completed all quests which I know I did.

@cstrait - A second chest would appear.

Are you 100% all the quests are finished? You might want to check your quest notes before the finale to see if there are really all 16 there and they are marked as finished.
As for the secret rooms - you must have missed a couple then. I don't think anybody else had problems with them being counted right.
I don't know if you sometimes reload a game to play a little part of it again. I do that, and several times it happened to me that forgot to check out a secret room again that I had already found before.

Your save file tells you exactly how many rooms you've found and how many quests you've completed. What does it say?

@kes - What is the minimum # of secret rooms to find In order to get 2nd chest? 1st time thru only had 21 and still got 2nd chest. 2nd time thru got all and since I forgot what I got the first time...couldn't say whether goodie was better or the same

20 - 24 secret rooms gets you a second chest


25 gets a second chest with more in it.
