I am in Narland Point, in order to advance the game the Harbour Master told me to speak with Stophen. Where is he or she? I have spoken to every character in Narland Point and Neston but I cannot find Stophen. I cannot go to Nalisa Shrine because Jerrat says we have to get all the information from Narland Point. Help, please.

Never mind, I found him having a conversation with the Ship's Chandler. I didn't even see him standing there.
