I could use some help... I've cleared the first floor of Biron's home, on the way to the end of the game. However, when i try to advance to the second floor, Jerrat states that we can't go on until we've cleaned out all of the hirelings on the first floor. My problem is, there aren't any left! Is this a glitch, or is there someone hiding somewhere?
Thanks in advance for any advice on how to go forward...

You should have 5 encounters with Biron's hirelings and one very different encounter.
There is a hireling in every room and one in the hallway. I think you have probably overlooked one - don't forget, if you leave the palace and go back to the basement or sewer, they reset themselves. You have to do this in one go.

You can also send me your savefile if you think there is a problem:

Same thing happened to me. I cleared out the first floor (including Lord Devon), for a total of five, but I didn't do it all at once. Then I rested and saved, and it reset, but when it resets it only gives 4. Lord D does not reappear, so there is not
a total of 5 to kill, and I cannot progress. I've done this twice. I'm stuck.

Redownloading the game should work, but I've sent back your (fixed) savefile anyway.
