It's the status that has the silver boxing glove with what looks like lightning behind it. Also I tried to make a screen. I am used to the old Imageshack, not the new one, and so hopefully the screen came out.

My guess is that you have equipped him with the Warrior's Badge, which gives 'Warrior Boost', as that is the symbol for it. That gives +5% for DEF and AGI, and +15% for ATK and HP.

Yes sure do. Thanks so much Kes. It was just bugging me lol. Reason I thought it a status affect is because when I went to an inn, the symbol went away. Strange
