If you said 'yes' to Annie and Astrology, she will have Charmed and it's weak to that.
If you said no, she will have ice blade, so use that.
If anyone has a water spell, use that as well. As far as I could work out, it seems to be immune to all status afflictions except charmed.

I'm on my second play through. the first time I said yes, and I had it (brilliant for several boss fights) and this time I said no and I haven't got it, so I assumed the 2 things were linked. Maybe you get it on leveling up with astrology? What level are you on?
