congratulations Indy!! this artwork is beautiful! i dare to say that it is the best since MMs!!! tbol and moonchild were a bit different.i have played only demos of the last games and the main reason is the artwork i am afraid...

Artwork as in characters or landscapes?

these pictures are so detailed, one can see there is a lot of work in them..i love them so far! happy to see the town is not the usual squared houses -short doors compination! the swamp(?) pic is amazing.

as for the party, i guess there are 6-10 charas, what a relief haha!! among them is Havoc yay!!! i guess that Havoc is Praedus's dog?

an other thing i noticed: in the facebook banner there is Praedus, Havoc and a red haired girl with blue dress, probably girlfriend or girlfriend to be ..she is not in the first pictures, i think i see her in the swamp pic..so i am guessing she joins later? what's her name?

The second screenshot ..... waaaaah, so much blood!
I like the names of the enemies. Especially Eyes-Upon-You.
From a doggy named Havoc I expect brute force and a lot of power!

Only thing ... I still don't like the way half the faces are cut off by the bars, like in the previous two games. I find that a bit disturbing.

It might be a bit difficult to adjust. The same face is used for dialogues and battles so I can't just reduce the size of the faces, and I dunno how to change the battle structure...

i agree with Cassiopeia on this..maybe the bars could be tranparent so that the mouths are visible?

and a question: will there be any secret rooms or other achievements to count?

about art: well both chara and map artwork were not my total favourites like in Millenium for instance..and in opalines demo, if i remember correctly, the background of the battles was a psychedelic circle, or in girlfriends rescue the art was something totally different from the new school of rpg ..i guess i am getting grunchier as i get older haha!!!

but this one has a completely different style! and thanks for the classic secret rooms and side quests, the old habbits are well rooted hehe!

No, they were indeed different. Although a lot of games used the Opaline's background, so it wasn't anything specific to this game, really.
What about Common Man and Elendia Ceus? These 2 had top notch everything. ^^
