According to the guide, there is an extra item at the back of Secular Tumulus which can be accessed by following the indicated snowy trail to the left from the very entrance. It doesn't work for me though, as each attempt results in exiting to the world map instead. I wonder whether this has been caught and fixed.

Indi, before I decide whether I want to reinstall the game, can you tell me what has been changed in Story mode.

50% monster str and mnd added

So when the monsters hit me, they don't hit with all their force ? !! Great. Will install the new version. Thanks Indi.

ETA: I also like the new speed. It's not too fast, but faster than before. Just right for me. Thanks a bunch for the changes. It really helps me to enjoy the game so much more, now that I know that the monsters are only half as strong as they are in other mods.

Now I will start again from the very beginning - going boldly where I walked with fear before. And I will use Mona again and not Trillian, now that I have a better chance with the monsters.

Seems like a good plan to me.

I re-downloaded the game after uninstalling my original. I still cannot go around Secular Tumulus !!!

Maybe I am taking the wrong trail? I can go around the back if I stay close to the wall, but on the back wall, it takes me clear out of that area.

It works fine. You just have to be VERY careful while moving.
As soon as you get to the tip of the second jut out push the up key while you push the left key. You shouls be able to get by.
