Larvas Ecca boss

This is going by memory, so I hope I'm right.
On the map where you found Lone, go south of there, through various wooden barriers. After the last wooden barrier there is a wall on the right with 2 entrances in it. The one on the left takes you back into underground passages. The one on the right has these larvae.
