leave monastery second time

I retrieved the stolen idol and have returned it to the monk. I am trying to get back to the ice cave but Cybel won't let me leave the monastery. Help please.

She says that the monastery has everything we need. I am not sure how to take a screen shot on my PC, but they are at the exit of the monastery.

But actually I think she's right, no?
The entrance to the ice cave is WITHIN the monastery if I recall correctly.
