I have Penelope and completed Q28. But when I talk to Fenlyr in the Elven Forest, he only talks about that @#$%$ Golden Cocka quest (Q29) that I cannot figure out how to complete.

Is the guide wrong again by citing Q28 as required and not Q29 (The stoooopod bird quest)?

Can you please quote me what the guide says?
Off the top of my mind I'd say Fenlyr will give another quest only if you've indeed completed the @#$%$ Golden Cocka one.
