I need help downloading the program

I need help downloading the program. It was not working --- I could never get a "new" game started and the program never asked for the login or password. So I deleted it, went to the link I got when I purchased it and tried to redownload it -- to the same computer -- but the bmtmicro website has blocked the password/id. How do I fix this problem?
