Do i use the boost method. I have 1 or 2 of everything besides MAT boost...
Can anybody confirm if i need MAT boost? ( that's the mind potion, right? )

seems good to me
clicking on every tree, stone or piece of wall, in case i find one.
Is there even a mind potion to be found in this area?
Is it doable without a boost? Genevieve is level 36 and adjusting her gear raised her MAT to 456. I'm willing to dump my permanents on her and level up a some more to raise her MAT to 500. Would that be enough? Do you know how much MAT is required?
Also, is this quest connected to another?
I have this theory in my head that Glen is also dead ( but wouldn't our sage realize that? ) , and the skeleton in the magic village is his. Or one of the graves that are scattered around is his ( i found one where the characters comment that there's no name on it, hmm... )
But the save i have with Genevieve at level 36 is the one where i completed the other quests and already visited the magic village. I don't want to kill the king slime for a third time...
Trees, stones and walls hardly bear items (if ever). In general it's more crates, barrels etc
A buff is always required.
It's a very interesting theory![]()

Nope.
The Rayanne quest is not dependent on the Magic Village, no worries there.

I don't know for certain yet, as I haven't got as far as getting that quest (still hauling myself up the mountain), but there is a grave with the name 'Tiny Tim' on it, so maybe you're onto something.
That's interesting... If i was an insane person and leveled Genevieve up to level 99, that still wouldn't suffice? So, numbers don't really count, you just have to use a boost, period. Is that correct?

Yup.
I admit I did it only for gameplay purposes. I just didn't want people to grind forever to achieve any such quest, it was never the concept of it.

Fair enough. that makes sense. So, another failed quest...![]()

What i find unfair is that you don't know for certain where to find said boosts. Whenever i'll replay the game, it's possible i'll fail the quest again because i won't have the needed boost. I mean, i believe i'm pretty thorough in my searching and haven't found a mind boost since the tunnels/bunker ( and i needed that for the chair puzzle )
