The boost you need in cosmic potion (MFD and MAT) but all you find is a scroll of recipe which I have already 2.
So you dont miss much.

Absolutely wrong!!!!!
If you look, each of those scrolls is for crafting different things. The one you've just got is for the contact lenses. You need those in order to complete the Karim quest.
