1. i'm stuck in the old shrine after killing the boss who spreads poison in the air, ( the one which we had to increase magic defence to fight ) i'm stuck and i dont know what to do next.

2. there is a box which says " it requires a formidable man to open " can anyone tell me how to open that ?
i have tried a looooooot and still not able to figure out what to do ...

kindly please help..!!

1. It sounds like you're in the left side of the Ice Shrine. Obviously you have been on the right side, too. So, that means you need to explore the remaining area in the center providing you have found the item which allows you access to that area.

2. You need to buff the only man in your party with

Hmm centre.... Actually I have been to the centre but there is a blue colour gate which I can't open no matter what I do... Please tell me how to open that gate.

If you mean the place where there are blue vertical blocks preventing you accessing the 4 chests, then do this.

Go to the central place - the Hall of Titans. Bottom right corner, find Bokden. Speak to him, and he will tell you that he touched something which lowered a barrier. Return to the blue barriers, and they are now gone.

Okay, it sounds like you did not explore the left side enough. You need to find an item in the area where you cannot open that chest (#2 on your list). The item you need is located in the SW corner. Then take that item north to the last map of that left wing. In the NW corner you will find something to do with the item you found on the previous map.

If you are not thoroughly exploring areas, as intended by Indi, there is a good chance you will be missing out on a lot of weapons, armor, and other items you cannot buy anywhere.

I know those soulswords are a real pain, but don't hurry the Ice Shrine.
